Mr John Ing
Managing Director of LFO UK LTD. Mr. John has been an educator at the highest level for 25 years. A former House Master at Harrow and Stowe, Mr. John is highly sought after for his very close relationships with many of the top schools in the UK. In recent years he established Quintessentially Education and is one of the founding Directors of the Dukes Education Group.
Mr. John’s network throughout the private schools is second to none. As our Managing Director his focus for LFO is supporting our families and through close relationships with the most prestigious schools in the UK, ensuring our students achieve the very best outcome possible.
A former Lieutenant Colonel in the Royal Marines, Mr. John is married to Jude a Pre-Prep school Head Teacher and has two children, who are both recent university graduates. A Physics graduate and member of the Institute of Physics, in his spare time Mr. John enjoys Cycling and CrossFit.

Mr Nelson Lo
Mr. Nelson graduated with honours from the University of Exeter with a Masters in Marketing and has worked for the Financial Times and the European Space Agency.
Mr. Nelson Lo is not only an expert in private tutoring, but is also the main director of Athena Tuition, LFO's tuition agency. Mr. Nelson provides interview coaching, matches students with tutors for interview tests and also provides distance learning and supervision online.
Mr. Nelson also provides professional planning and long-term coaching for international students who are integrating into the UK education system for the first time, and is a favourite with parents from all countries.

Mr Richard Ogden
Mr. Richard graduated from Oxford University with a degree in History, and was awarded a music scholarship and graduated from Eastbourne College, one of the UK's leading public schools.
Mr. Richard taught at Magdalen College School, one of the top ten schools in the UK and known as the 'direct route to Oxford and Cambridge', and was elected to the Board of Magdalen Development Agency, where Mr. Richard was a tutor in History, Classical Civilisation, English Literature and Political Science.
Mr. Richard has a passion for education, having successfully helped a Somali student gain a full scholarship to Cambridge and Harvard University's History Department, and his family's collection has made a historically informed contribution to the British Museum.
